Hello
I am a London-based somatic practitioner, integrative coach, artist, and researcher working at the intersection of attention, creativity, and personal inquiry.
Since 2016 I have worked with clients internationally who are navigating life transitions, creative thresholds, and moments when something in their lives is asking to change.
Many of the people I work with say:
“I’ve done therapy, but I’m looking for a different kind of conversation.”
My clients are reflective people with creative, intellectually active minds. They include artists, professionals, educators, healers, and entrepreneurs who are often balancing many roles, responsibilities, and ideas while building lives that existing systems were not designed to support.
Many have minds that move quickly and associatively, generating ideas that are less interested in fitting into conventional structures and more interested in building new ones.
Together we create a reflective space where ideas, dreams, questions, and insights can settle, clarify, and take form in the world.
My Story
My work combines somatic awareness, reflective dialogue, and creative inquiry to help people reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity.

Rather than diagnosing problems or prescribing solutions, our conversations focus on careful attention to what is already present — thoughts, dreams, questions, creative impulses, and emerging ideas.
From there we experiment with how these insights might take form in life or work: a project, a decision, a shift in direction, or a new way of moving through the world.
I draw on a background in performance, contemplative practice, and embodied inquiry. I hold a Master’s degree in Research & Performance from Goldsmiths, University of London and a BFA in Performance, Critical Theory, and Community Arts from Naropa University with a minor in Buddhist Studies.
My training includes over 500 hours of Focusing-Oriented Facilitation, certification in Deep Listening, and professional training in psychedelic integration through Polaris Insight Center.
My approach is grounded, creative, attuned, and often fun!
