Hello
I’m Dr. Radhia Afif, founder of The Behavioral Wealth Project LLC, established in 2019. For over 11 years, I’ve worked as a Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS), helping individuals and families grow personally and professionally by shifting mindsets and creating healthier behavioral cycles.
My Story
Born and raised in Philadelphia, I earned my bachelor’s in Recreational Therapy from Temple University, followed by a master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and a PhD in Human Services. My research centers on parenting styles and practices, but my real strength lies in blending academic insight with real-life experience to support families in meaningful, relatable ways.

I take an empathetic, grounded approach that creates a space of calm, comfort, and clarity—especially when helping others work through trauma, break unhealthy patterns, and embrace change. In addition to my clinical work, I’m also a two-time best-selling author of Don’t Call Me Superwoman and How To Train Your Parents.
Contact
My work is rooted in connection and healing. Change doesn’t have to be complicated—just honest, intentional, and human.
